Tâches du titulaire

En tant que membre de l'équipe Services bancaires personnels et PME, vous utiliserez votre expertise en matière de produits et services financiers et de service à la clientèle pour aider les clients à gérer leurs besoins bancaires courants. À titre de représentant principal, Service à la clientèle, qu'il s'agisse de prendre les devants afin de répondre à des questions, d'aider les clients à effectuer une opération ou de mettre proactivement les clients en contact avec les membres de l'équipe les plus à même de satisfaire leurs besoins, vous offrirez le soutien de première ligne aux clients en vue de l'atteinte de leurs objectifs financiers. Vous devez pouvoir travailler durant les heures d'ouverture des centres bancaires, y compris les soirs et fins de semaine. Pour favoriser la prestation d'une expérience client exceptionnelle, vous devez pouvoir travailler à différents centres bancaires situés à une distance raisonnable.

Comment réussir

Mobilisation des clients – Aider les clients à gérer leurs comptes et leurs produits. Donner la priorité à l'expérience client et faire en sorte que les interactions soient significatives. Mettre les clients en relation avec les bons membres de l'équipe CIBC qui peuvent les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs . Résolution de problèmes – Écouter le client, lui poser des questions et se mettre à sa place. Agir comme un propriétaire en prenant la responsabilité des problèmes des clients, et savoir dans quelles circonstances il vaut mieux compter sur les autres pour trouver de meilleures solutions. Tirer parti de la technologie – Devenir un expert en technologie. Faire part de connaissances en présentant aux clients nos applications de services bancaires mobiles pour leur permettre de mieux gérer leurs besoins bancaires.
