The Integration Tech Lead collaborates with IT and the Business to ensure that integration requirements for Enterprise Applications with internal and third-party applications are met. This role involves overseeing and contributing to the design and implementation of integration project architecture, as well as providing guidance and governance for integration projects. Moreover, the Integration Tech Lead is responsible for translating business requirements into technical system requirements for new integrations or enhancements to existing ones. Additionally, they assess whether internal or external integration solutions are suitable or if new solutions/enhancements are necessary and feasible, ensuring adherence to integration standards and best practices.

What You Will Do:

  • Support IT Business Relationship Managers and the Business in evaluating modifications and new IT integration solutions
  • Lead the translation of business integration needs into technical requirements
  • Contribute to defining system scope and goals based on user requirements and understanding of business processes
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architecture to ensure compliance with existing enterprise architecture or recommend the need for one
  • Work with the business to gather and analyze requirements for ensuring the solution aligns with business needs
  • Review integration designs, test plans, and implementation to ensure compliance with integration standards
  • Prepare necessary integration project documentation such as FDD and TDD
  • Ensure accurate documentation of integration technical requirements
  • Review domain regression and system test scenarios for acceptance
  • Review enterprise/solution architecture integration documentation with Enterprise/Solution Architects

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum years of technical experience with Maximo Asset Management software
  • Ability to translate functional processes and technical requirements for successful technology integration
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technology in non-technical terms to non-IT stakeholders
  • Stay updated on IT solutions, service offerings, and emerging technologies in integration space
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated innovation and track record in identifying, proposing, prototyping, documenting, and overseeing technology solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle MFT, Oracle SOA development
  • Experience with large scale integration projects and various delivery methodologies
  • Technical expertise in Oracle Utilities CCS and familiarity with Integration Design Patterns, Oracle Cloud, Linux, Weblogic
