Where do you come in? We are looking for a knowledgeable summer student to join our team as a Quality Assurance Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to gain valuable work experience.


As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will

  • Work with team to create and update quality improvement action plans
  • Assist capturing lessons learned to train the internal quality and operations team on customer specific requirements
  • Assist in creating process control plans and Standard Work Instructions
  • Work with the team to help implement Quality System Software
  • Contribute to the culture of Continuous Improvement
  • Support identifying Identify wastes and implement process improvements
  • Implement improvement actions by supporting the change in the teams Other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for? Someone who

  • Is currently enrolled in a post secondary institution (diploma or degree program)
  • Has strong mechanical/mathematical aptitude and manual dexterity
  • Is detail oriented
  • Has good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to work in a fastpaced work environment with mínimal supervision Able to lift up to 40 lbs
