Responsibilities include:

Create visually appealing graphics, car graphics, retail signs, POP displays, web page graphics, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and many other forms of visual communication.

Consult with clients and/or sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients' cultures and goals.
Develop design concepts that align with client objectives and present design concepts to clients or art directors.

Manage client proposals from typesetting to design, print, and production to ensure the design and production meet the deadlines.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget to meet deadlines.
Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs.
Review designs for errors before promoting them to the next stage or for printing.
Contribute to other creative tasks such as photography, videography, and writing.
Help other junior team members to provide the highest quality of designs.

Work as part of a team, follow and adhere to MYC Media code of ethics, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.

Perform all other duties as requested by management to support the team effort.

The position requires the candidate to be:
Extremely creative;
An expert in Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop);
Knowledgeable of various print processes;
Previous experience in a print/sign shop manufacturing business
Skilled in Colour Management, Colour matching;
Problem solver;
Quick learner;
Self-starter;
Customer's needs oriented;
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Able to work without supervision;
Responsible and reliable;
Able to make decisions and learn from own mistakes

Would be an asset if the candidate possesses the following:
Experience in Dimensional Signs projects;
Experience in Vehicle Wrap projects - design, layout, paneling, scaling;
Working knowledge of sign manufacturing and print production
Valid G Driver's license
Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Please note :
work hours for this position are from 9:30am to 6:30 pm
