Working Arrangement

R esponsible for helping support key projects and initiatives designed to address business opportunities and challenges. This role develops and executes marketing deliverables to support Manulife direct-to-consumer sales efforts.

  • L ead the development of content creation for the Blog. R econcile multiple rounds of review by various parties including SEO, marketing managers, compliance/legal, product and the business.
  • Populate dashboards to m onitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives on an ongoing basis as well as update data for monthly reports.
  • Own experimentation and test & learns to drive paid media efficiency. Partner with paid media team to draft hypothesis, objectives, measurement plans and debriefs after tests.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across departments, including the business, product, agency partners, and legal/compliance.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the team's marketing plans and roadmap by embracing a strong teamplayer mentality, sharing key insights, identifying opportunities for alignment, and understanding the needs and trends of the insurance directtoconsumer business.
  • Manage a diverse workload and sometimes demanding and / or competing deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ensure that assigned work is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Other work as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • Postsecondary education specifically in Marketing or an equivalent field
  • 25 years of work experience in Marketing successfully developing and implementing effective tactics and solutions to meet sales objectives
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
  • Digital marketing experience and familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., paid search, Meta, programmatic display, Google Performance Max, etc.)
  • Experience with web analytics tools (i.e., GA4, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience working with external agencies and agile methodology is advantageous
  • Handson experience with online marketing campaigns, including management of targets and optimization methodologies would be advantageous
  • Have working knowledge of search engine optimization and experience researching and developing content
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with a proven ability to autonomously manage and deliver concurrent projects on schedule within a fastpaced and everchanging environment
  • Strong problem solving, attention to detail, judgment, negotiating, influencing and collaboration skills
  • Highly motivated, detailoriented selfstarter who works well independently and is an energetic teamplayer with a strong focus on creative solutions
  • Research, information gathering and analytical skills
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for all communication vehicles
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft office suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro
