As a key member of the Business Operations department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive fan engagement and ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment in all communications and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute high-impact campaigns that resonate with fans and drive ticket purchasing.
  • Analyze data to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and content.
  • Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics to improve performance with targeted fan segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve shared organization goals.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education with expected graduation in 2026.
  • Preferred major in business administration, marketing, and communications.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Team player with a willingness and curiosity to learn.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Able to interpret and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Passionate about solving challenging business problems.
  • Baseball knowledge and passion for the game a plus.
