Supérviseur(e) Bâtiment et Utilitaires

Sous la supervision du Chef Ingénierie, le Superviseur(e) Bâtiments et Utilitaires est responsable de gérer de façon efficace les ressources humaines et matérielles pour la maintenance du bâtiment et des systèmes utilitaires. Il s'assure de maintenir en bon état les utilitaires et le bâtiment par des activités d'entretien curatif, correctif et préventif, ainsi que des activités d'étalonnage. De plus, le Superviseur Bâtiments et Utilitaires est responsable de l'entretien ménager du bâtiment

Tâches et responsabilités
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement du service de la maintenance d'usine et des programmes qui y sont reliés
- Assurer le maintien du niveau de conformité (BPF), de sécurité (HSE) et des activités relatives à la fonction de la maintenance. Agir en tant que propriétaire conjoint avec le superviseur de maintenance Équipements du programme de maintenance, des systèmes utilitaires et de l'entretien ménager de l'usine de Montréal.
- Mener, guider et assister le groupe de maintenance associé au bâtiment et aux utilitaires.
- Établir les besoins et faire le suivi sur l'entretien correctif et préventif du bâtiment et des utilitaires.
- Maintenir la liste et l'inventaire des pièces au magasin de maintenance à jour à l'aide des membres de son équipe.
- Assister le Chef, Ingénierie Technique pour identifier, sélectionner et budgéter l'achat de nouveaux systèmes utilitaires ou pour l'amélioration du site.
- Utiliser le logiciel GMAO pour la maintenance et extraire les données pertinentes pour les indicateurs de performance clé (KPI) ou autres.
- Approuver les rapports de calibration relatifs à son secteur.
- Gérer les sous-traitants, le cas échéant.
- Gestion du système d'alarme, l'émission des codes et des clés.
- Maintenir les registres de maintenance préventive, et des inventaires (produits ménagers fournitures )
- Promouvoir auprès des employés une culture axée sur la santé & sécurité et encourager ceux-ci à maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et sécuritaire.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie (mécanique ou électrique de préférence)
- Minimum 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en maintenance d'équipements incluant un minimum de 3 ans en gestion du personnel de la maintenance et des mécaniciens de machines fixes
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement BPF ou HACCP (industrie pharmaceutique, cosmétique ou alimentaire) sont des atouts
- Très bonne connaissance du bâtiment et des systèmes utilitaires
- Bilinguisme écrit et oral (anglais/français)
- Expérience avec le système SAP PM sera un atout
- Démontrer une bonne logique, un bon esprit d'analyse et de diagnostic.
