Job Title: Building Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Supervisor to join our team at Personnel Alter Ego. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise construction, renovation, and maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Represent the company on construction sites and with service providers, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, professionals, and tenants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, professionals, and tenants.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • College diploma in architectural techniques or equivalent training.
  • Three years of experience in a comparable position or four years of relevant experience (construction or renovation supervisor, general contractor, etc.).
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Being an active member of a professional corporation in his/her field of specialization is considered an asset.
