Marketing Operations Co-Op/Intern:

About the team:


We're looking for someone who has a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump into different projects while supporting the Marketing Operations team.

A self-starter with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning, the Marketing Operations Co-Op/Intern Student will be part of a fast-paced, global team, and will take on cross-functional tasks that support the team and the business.


What you will do:

  • Source new contact details from various data platforms
  • Manage a variety of contact refresh projects
  • Identify and escalate any data issues within the marketing database
  • Maintain database integrity by adhering to and enforcing standards and controls
  • Support analytics projects when requested
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing program
  • Be a selfstarter who is passionate about learning and growing in their career

Things that would definitely help:

  • Experience/interest in Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e. Eloqua) an asset
  • HTML/CSS, JavaScript coding experience
  • Database platform familiarity ie. ZoomInfo and D&B
  • Familiarity / experience of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes using tools like SQL
  • Familiarity of marketing performance analytics or general performance analysis
  • Familiarity of BI tools e.g. Power BI, Domo, Tableau considered
