The Recovery Analyst takes care of, processes and analyzes auto/property files of low to medium complexity which are assigned to maximize recovery and minimize loss.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues- Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis.

Serve as resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans- Contribute to turnaround and recovery initiatives- Support claims adjusters as soon as the claim occurs.

Ensure the potential for recovery in the files, guide the claims adjuster on the procedures to be carried out and the expert opinions to perform with regard to the recovery aspect and preserve the possibilities of recourse- Take charge, process, analyze and negotiate the files transferred to the recovery team- Participate in the processing of files related to catastrophic events, files in series as well as files of cities and municipalities.

Other working conditions- Workplace: Position located in Mississauga or Aurora, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Number of jobs available : 2

Qualifications:

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
