Notre client dans le secteur de la finance est actuellement à la recherche d'un Directeur technique (Tech Lead) pour un mandat de Huit (8) mois avec possibilité de prolongation .

Hybride (2 jours par semaine en présentiel)

Votre agenda pourrait ressembler à :

Développer et guider une équipe de développeur se spécialisant dans les systèmes ERP utilisant diverses technologiques, incluant Dynamics ERP et SuccessFactor. Guider et conseiller une équipe de développeur dans la réalisation de leurs tâches en fournissant du mentorat, des conseils et un partage de connaissances afin d'assister l'équipe dans le développement de leurs compétences individuelles ainsi que dans la réalisation des travaux selon les standards établis. Agir à titre de personne clé dans l'architecture du système ainsi que dans les décisions technique et en lien avec le design, incluant la sélection des technologiques, des frameworks et des outils spécifiques aux systèmes ERP. Diriger des revues de code et fournir des retours en lien avec la qualité du code et des meilleures pratiques afin de résoudre les problèmes techniques reliées à l'implantation du ERP. Diriger l'implantation et la maintenance des produits ERP, incluant les outils d'automatisation de build, les outils de tests, les outils de déploiement et l'infrastructure de sécurité. Veiller à la création et au maintien de la documentation en lien avec l'architecture, le design, le développement et le processus de déploiement relié à Dynamics ERP et SuccessFactors. Collaborer avec les diverses parties prenantes (Product Owner, Scrum masters et autres équipes techniques) afin d'assurer que les aspects techniques s'alignent avec les buts de l'entreprise. Rédiger des documents et des diagrammes de spécifications techniques pour les plateformes de l'employeur ainsi que pour les applications ERP développées. Réaliser les projets de développement ERP selon les meilleures pratiques SDLC.
