Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual

To join CLEAResult as a Program Manager. As a Program Manager, you direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsibilities include the cost, implementation, and performance of company programs.

You will act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and performance.

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to program plans and develops strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance.

For this exciting career opportunity, you're a great match if you can- Manage a team of outreach, technical, and support staff to deliver commercial and industrial programs, based in Ontario- Responsible for setting and executing strategies to evolve program delivery- Accountable for all aspects of the programs, including client management, reporting, invoicing, and hitting financial and energy saving targets- Direct and coordinate with cross-functional teams, such program operations and engineering- Programs may have significant complexity and risk (new client, new product, etc.)- May create technical content & intellectual property- Preferred to be based in Ontario, with the ability to attend in-person meetings in Toronto

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have- 5-8 years relevant experience- 2+ years people management- Bachelor's degree preferred
