We have a great spot for someone that can bring their education and expertise into our space to make delicious things for people daily.

Our menu is focused on seasonal, local, healthy and tasty. And it's all got to look great for the 'gram.

This is an opportunity for a creative self-driven individual to express themselves within our team both through baking.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a highvolume, fastpaced environment
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a baker role
  • Creative and selfmotivated
  • Passion for seasonal, ingredientdriven food
  • Has strong principles in regard to proper food techniques, and an eye for detail
  • Keen understanding of nutrition, and healthy living
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Responsible for working during caféstyle hours, which includes mornings starting at 6:00 am and working weekends. Full-Time 30+ hours/week
  • Tips sharing (typically $5$8 per hour)
  • Follow current as well as create and produce recipes.
  • Opening display of all baked goods before the cafe opens.
  • Ensuring care is taken for all ingredients and displaying proper technique and safe handling.
  • Responsible for creating and following standardized recipes and portioning for completed recipes.
  • Food costing, food ordering, inventory, cleaning, organizing, and maintenance.
  • Ensures correct use, storage, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and facility.
  • Responsible for working in a clean, and organized manner.
  • Complies with local food safety regulations.
