We specialize in resurfacing both residential and commercial driveways, patios, pool decks, playgrounds, splash pads, and more. Our product is made out of recycled rubber and we install projects all throughout British Columbia.

That could be youDescription of Duties:
- Provide direction and guidance to the crew to exceed the expectations of our clients
- Organizing and preparing various tools and equipment for projects
- Maintain staff morale by providing a positive example of leadership and teamwork
- Lead, motivate and develop junior paving staff
- Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking, daily material tracking sheets, and toolbox talks with employees.
- Regularly attend general meetings, daily huddles, 1 on 1's, as well as other meetings when required.
- Installing and finishing rubber products
- Operating company vehicles and machinery
- Manage the efficient flow of work and personnel throughout the work site
- Ensure that all crew members comply with company policies, processes and legal standards
- Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environments
Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Postsecondary classes preferred
- 4+ years work experience (any industry) required
- 1+ year(s) working in customer service, sales or marketing required
- 2+ year(s) working in a supervisory role required
- Experience in the construction or landscaping industry required
Signing Bonus of $500.00 when employment reaches end of probationary period (4 Months)
Referral Bonuses also available when employees get referred.

$25.00-$33.00 per hour

Experience:
