Initially, you will work with our founding team to build domain expertise and measure baseline performance of our brand messaging and user acquisition channels.

From there, you'll create, test, hack, and grow marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and make Propel a household name.


What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant startup experience
  • 35 years experience in digital marketing, with a track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • An eye for design and natural ability to wordsmith concise, original, and persuasive copy
  • Deep analytical skills, specifically the ability to pull, process, analyze, and interpret data to inform KPI metrics and decisions based on ROI or efficiency
  • An ownership mindset and demonstrated success working crossfunctionally to eliminate blockers and drive projects over the finish line
  • Excellent time and project management skills as you'll need to wear multiple hats while prioritizing important tasks
