- Manage and oversee Notch8 operations and In-Room Dining, ensuring adherence to service standards
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate clear communication and efficient operations
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards, build relationships, and handle guest feedback proficiently
- Lead training sessions for service staff, monitor performance, and drive sales goals
- Estimate needs, manage inventory, control costs, and ensure service shift duties completion
- Conduct pre-meal briefings, supervise service, and adhere to regulations
- Handle guest incidents and collaborate with the management team on daily operations
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Demonstrated passion for the F&B industry and knowledge of current trends
- Innovative, results-driven, with high-end restaurant operating experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior hotel and unionized environment experience an advantage
- Strong leadership skills, team-oriented, and knowledgeable in spirits and beverages
