The Benefits Implementation Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring benefits administration solutions for our customer base. Complete product configuration and quality control testing based on business requirements and project timelines.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex benefits administration technology and implementation concepts.
Deliver quality services.
Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes.
Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.Responsible for the quality of the custom benefit administration solutions including supporting System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) for each individual client need.
Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.
Quickly escalates any identified risks or issues to a project based on product configuration requirements to project management and management.
Maintains knowledge of the inbound and outbound data requirements of CWI benefit administration solutions.Provides updates on accomplishments, issues, and future activities of assigned projects in weekly meetings.
Completes other tasks and projects as required.
Familiar with traditional SDLC and Agile methods/practices
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, yet also work independently on complex implementations.
Passionate about quality and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on creating solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's Degree or experience otherwise equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
Experience working with implementation methodologies and/or equivalent project management methodologies.
Ability to communicate with others, including clients, in a clear, effective, and professional manner on the phone, via email and in person, and the demonstrated use of good written and verbal communication skills.
