Job Summary:
Boart Longyear is currently seeking candidates for the role of Warehouse Clerk in Haileybury, Ontario. Position Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Handle the packaging and unpacking of materials.
- Ensure the quality control of goods by inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Properly pack, label, and store goods.
- Complete and review shipping documentation, such as BOLs for carriers, order transactions, and vendor invoice verification.
- Participate in daily cycle counts and validate second counts.
- Promptly report any instances of damaged stock or equipment to supervisors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and exhibit strong troubleshooting skills.
- Undertake any additional tasks necessary to support the team effectively.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent typically required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of the position.
- Possess adequate language, literacy, and numeracy skills for job-related tasks.
- Previous experience in drilling services is advantageous.
- Preference for exposure to various drilling environments and methodologies.
- Strong team player who responds well to constructive guidance.
