Warehouse Coordinator

Job Overview:
Boart Longyear, a leading provider of drilling services, is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Clerk to join its team in Haileybury, Ontario. As a key member of the supply chain team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse and supply chain teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Pack and unpack materials, and maintain quality control of goods by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and sign off on shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Assist in daily cycle counts and verify second recounts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Report any damaged stock or equipment to superiors, and provide exceptional customer service and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Perform other tasks as required to support the team and contribute to the success of the organization.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of previous relevant experience in warehouse services preferred.
- Physically capable of meeting the labor demands of the position, with sufficient language, literacy, and numeracy skills to perform all job-related tasks.
- Previous experience in drilling services is an asset, and exposure to different drilling environments and techniques is preferred.
- Great team player with the ability to take direction constructively and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
