Reports to:
Business Analyst

Junior Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Ability to gather data from various sources such as hard copy, current ERP system, other department files etc.
  • Data entry accuracy and system appropriate formatting
  • Compile and clean the collected data for reporting analysis
  • Create reports based on the collected data and perform various types of analysis
  • Perform risk analysis and highlight potential business risks
  • Define multiple subsets and grouping of data for different departments
  • Provide support for strategic decision making
  • Support corporate strategies to identify business risks

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science (preferred in Mathematics, Statistics)
  • Strong understanding and proficient in data mining, modeling, and statistical analysis
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills able to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy
  • Attention to details
  • Result oriented strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance
