Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors at the ROBINSON Support Office.

In addition to reception responsibilities, this position includes general office duties and administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO.

This is an ideal role for someone who is friendly, organized, and customer service oriented.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our brand-new Support Office offers free parking, modern workspaces, and on-site fitness facilities.

What you will do:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls
  • Connect visitors with the appropriate person and directions to the meeting location
  • Coordinate courier pickups/drop offs
  • Maintain reception area and common areas making sure they are welcoming and presentable
  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy, organize and assist team and guests with meetings preparation (room and AV set up, refreshments, etc.)
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
  • Assist and support with event planning as required
  • Assist with travel arrangements as requested
  • Perform adhoc administrative duties as directed by the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO

What you bring:

  • 12 years' experience in a similar role (receptionist, administrative assistant)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working as part of a multilocation team
  • Selfstarter with a positive attitude who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
