Job Description

As we continue to expand our presence and strengthen our market share within Canada, we are seeking a driven Sales Representative to spearhead our growth initiatives and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional value and service. The ideal candidate will be focused on generating new business by identifying prospective customers, engaging with decision-makers, and opening new accounts. This role is crucial for our continued growth and requires a proactive approach to sales and new business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Actively generate new leads and pursue new business opportunities within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct field visits to current and potential customers to strengthen business relationships, present product demonstrations and offer technical recommendations to customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including technical recommendations, quotes, closing deals. On occasion, can also be required to do order entry and management.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote Elesa Canada and its products.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in B2B environments within a technical or industrial sector.
  • Formal sales training and strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and/or other sales tools.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent spoken, reading, and writing skills.
  • Valid passport, driver's license, and access to a recent vehicle for conducting business within the GTA and surrounding regions.
  • Experience working with large distributors such as Fastenal, Wajax, and Motion Canada is a plus.
