Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Project Administrator to join their small, dynamic team on a permanent basis.

(*Please note this position is onsite, full-time).

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in project administration.

This role involves supporting a project manager with coordinating, planning, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, plans, and budgets
Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information in both languages
Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Assist in the preparation of project presentations and other materials as needed
Support the project manager in managing project risks and issues, identifying and escalating any potential problems
Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and capturing action items
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
~1 -2 years of proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role
~ Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
~ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
~ Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation (no bus route to the location)
