Responsibilities:
- Transform insights into designs by creating low and high-fidelity mock-ups, patterns, prototypes, and specifications based on design research findings.
- Develop visual assets such as high-fidelity mock-ups, graphics, design patterns, and demos to enrich user interfaces.
- Engage in pattern collaboration discussions to enhance consistency and efficiency in the product space.
- Collaborate closely with design team members and developers to upgrade software product user interfaces using agile methods.
- Design business process scenarios and flows for user interfaces and demonstrations.
- Participate in the feedback loop by sharing ongoing designs and actively participating in constructive critiques.
- Work with various stakeholders across different teams such as design researchers, content designers, developers, and product owners globally.
- Lead and moderate design thinking workshops virtually and in-person.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience solving complex user issues through user interface design, including creating mock-ups, prototypes, and documenting interaction patterns.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
- Portfolio showcasing UI designs and sketches demonstrating wireframing, interaction design, and best practices.
