A qualified pool of candidates will be established from this process to staff identical and/or similar positions within Public Services and Procurement Canada in Winnipeg, MB, Regina, SK, Saskatoon, SK, Calgary, AB, and Edmonton, AB with various tenures (Indeterminate, Acting, Term, Deployment, Assignment, Secondment).

Education:
-Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives*.

* Acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience is defined as completion of grade 9 with training or experience related to the position.

Experience:
-Experience providing administrative support in an office environment.
-Experience with entering, correcting, searching and/or manipulating data.

Abilities:

Asset Education:
-Post-secondary education in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Experience:
-Experience providing administrative support in Human Resources.
-Experience with entering, correcting, searching and/or manipulating data in PeopleSoft or My GCHR.
-Experience in manipulating data using Excel.
-Experience in using a records management system (e.g. GCDOCS).
