Responsibilities

  • As a Laser Operator you will be responsible for setting up and operating the laser machine to produce precise parts
  • Working alongside teammates, you will be helping to ensure a safe and clean work space and ensuring that all work areas are maintained
  • You will be completing quality control checks on parts as needed
Qualifications

  • At least ONE (1) year of experience in operating laser cutting machines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to utilize and understand various computer programs
  • Ability to read blueprints in a variety of formats
  • Basic knowledge and ability to interpret mechanical drawings
  • Experience in using various measuring instruments including but not limited to gauge instruments, calipers and micrometers
  • Ability to maintain any and all equipment and machinery in excellent working condition in accordance with internal company policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety as it pertains to the role and working environment
