Customer is looking for technical writer documentation skills as well along with M365 technical knowledge.

Requires experience with writing process documentation in those technical areas.

We have format to follow but require this person to review current documentation, interview team experts on process and provide new documentation.

Excellent writing skills a must, M365 and Active Directory knowledge, good communication skills, ability to communicate and document technical concepts

Job description :-

Designs, builds, deploys, evaluates and maintains existing and future IT infrastructure. Ensures all IT systems function efficiently and seamlessly. Applies in-depth experience with components of on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Administers automated workflow tools, middleware application servers, and server visualization technologies. Acts as the primary technical liaison between Infrastructure and other IT teams, vendors and partners, as well as the business to design infrastructure solutions.


• Works to determine enterprise security controls and identify any threats to the infrastructure.


• Tracks vulnerabilities, applies remediations and patches to network and server assets.


• Conducts feasibility studies to determine the likelihood of proposed project's success in the current environment.


• Administers automated workflow tools, middleware application servers (e.g. Oracle Weblogic, IBM WebSphere), and server visualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Red Hat Virtualization, or Oracle VM) to maximise their efficiency.


• Manages and coordinates the release of changes into production applying standardized procedures and minimizing risk to existing services.


• Evaluates effectiveness of current systems and supports in developing improvement strategies based on the findings.


• Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.


• Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.


• Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.


• Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.


• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Proficient in M365:


• Architecture


• Environment


• Security


• Password policies


• Multi-factor authentication


• Conditional access policies


• Tenant / Global Admin of M365 Azure

Foundational level of proficiency:


• Systems administration.


• Scripting languages. Powershell scripting required.


• Cloud computing.


• Cybersecurity and privacy concepts, principles and solutions.


• IT automation – Digital First.


• Building and managing relationships.


• Adaptability.


• Analytical and problem solving skills.


• Active Directory support experience
