**SOMMAIRE**

Sous la supervision de la direction d'école, l'enseignant ou l'enseignante de la Classe distincte doit compléter les tâches et les responsabilités suivantes:
**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Assurer l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre du programme AVIS, du PEI et des plans (médical, de sécurité);
- Évaluer et communiquer le rendement au niveau des attentes différentes ciblées dans le PEI et des habiletés et habitudes de travail;
- Organiser et assurer les suivis des rencontres du comité interne/externe (notes, formulaire de la rencontre, signature, DSO)
- Faciliter la collecte et l'analyse des données liées à la planification du programme des élèves;
- Tenir un dossier à jour du profil des élèves et des planifications journalières;
- Planifier et livrer la programmation individuelle;
- Planifier, et élaborer les outils, les visuels et les stratégies nécessaires pour répondre aux besoins des élèves;
- Appliquer les stratégies du Soutien en gestion du comportement (SGC) et les stratégies en ACA;
- Organiser et suivre le progrès de l'élève participant à un COOP;
- Participer et faciliter les suivis nécessaires pour les transitions (du palier élémentaire au secondaire et du secondaire vers la communauté/maison, programme de jour ou programme spécialisé);
- Donner aux élèves toutes les possibilités d'atteindre un niveau maximal d'autonomie;
- Assurer et/ou suivre les recommandations des professionnels en matière des soins personnels, de la mobilité, des transferts et/ou de l'équipement personnalisé; et
- S'acquitter de toutes autres tâches assignées par la direction.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES**:

- Membre en règle de l'Ordre des enseignantes et des enseignants de l'Ontario;
- Spécialiste en éducation de l'enfance en difficulté ou en voie de l'obtenir;
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en enseignement.

**COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCES REQUISES**:

- Excellentes habiletés de communication et de gestion d'équipe;
- Habileté à travailler avec une équipe multidisciplinaire;
- Bonnes connaissances de divers outils technologiques afin d'appuyer l'enseignement et la conception universelle de l'apprentissage;
- Respect de la nature confidentielle des documents et de l'information est essentiel.
- Connaissance approfondie des programmes scolaires et du programme AVIS.

**Salaire annuel**: La rémunération annuelle est basée sur les qualifications et l'expérience allant de $ à $ (affectation à 100%)
