Position: Operations Manager

We are searching for a capable operations manager to lead a team and assist a General Manager in achieving regional objectives. The ideal candidate sets a strong example, communicates effectively, and pays close attention to detail, ensuring positive experiences for team members, guests, and owners.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operations in assigned locations, managing a specific portfolio of properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, ensuring properties are well-maintained
  • Ensure properties meet company standards and metrics
  • Manage budgets and perform cost-benefit analysis
  • Address guest and homeowner concerns
  • Coordinate with Business Development Representative for new units
  • Perform home maintenance and inspections
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with regional team members
  • Provide support as needed

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
