THEROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Asa member of the Corporate Development function, the Manager, Transformationwill report into the Director, Integration & Transformation on theEnterprise Transformation Office (ETO). The Manager will work closely with theCorporate Partnerships team to assess, plan, and implement strategicpartnerships with third-party organizations across GreenShield's differentlines of business (, Insurance, Administration, Health). The Manager willbe responsible for defining, implementing, and leading cross-functional projectgovernance related to the implementation of such partnerships including, butnot limited to, defining workstream structure, executive reporting, and risk /issue management and escalation.

TheManager will develop a deep understanding of GreenShield's corporate structureand regulatory environment to become a trusted partner for senior leadership,the lines of business (, Insurance, Administration, and Health), and thecorporate functions (, Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT), ensuring thesuccessful implementation of strategic partnerships in pursuit of GreenShield'soverall corporate strategy.

TheManager will be responsible for defining and leading multiple initiatives, developingand presenting senior leadership reporting, and facilitating connectionsbetween different parts of GreenShield where interdependencies need to beresolved. As a member of the ETO, the Manager may also be required to supportother high-impact enterprise projects, such as the planning, execution, andmanagement of post-merger integrations of acquired companies.

Specificresponsibilities include:

Collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders to develop roadmaps, plans, and performance metrics to successfully implement partnerships and realize the associated business cases Support our Corporate Partnerships team with due diligence, evaluation, and early-stage implementation planning of prospective partnerships Define and lead multiple projects, including project mobilization, charter development, workstream definition, project management, strategy development, and project execution oversight Identify risks and issues, support solution development, and track mitigation actions Create senior leadership reporting, including regular status updates, Steering Committee reports, and decision support materials (as required) Apply organizational change management principles to drive project success and change adoption
Build relationships with GreenShield's senior leadership, lines of business, and corporate functions Provide guidance and strategies around integration and implementation for both prospective and completed acquisitions and partnerships Other duties as assigned WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
8+ years of management consulting, corporate development, or other strategy experience with an emphasis on M&A integration, corporate partnerships, and / or enterprise transformation initiatives 3+ years of experience working in the Canadian healthcare system, insurance, health benefits, administration, and / or digital health Experience working in a highly-regulated environment, with preference for candidates with exposure to OSFI and provincial regulators Experience interacting with board and senior leadership teams Strong communication skills with the ability to thoughtfully present, handle inevitable objections, inspire trust, and generate project enthusiasm across all levels of an organization Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects while managing interdependencies and diverse stakeholder groups Team player, flexible, adaptable and willing to contribute wherever required in a small team environment Experience working in cross-functional and complex matrixed teams Solid business acumen, including financial literacy Ability to process significant amounts of complex information and identify connections between disparate areas and issues Comfort working at, and switching between, strategic thinking and tactical delivery Ability to anticipate downstream impacts of decisions / actions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; Master's degree considered an asset

MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification is considered an asset PMP or other project management certification is considered an asset Prosci or other change management certification is considered an asset Ability to speak and read French is considered an asset
