Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for employees.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in computer hardware setup, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Prior experience in desktop support or technical support is preferred.
