The Senior IT Technician will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to the company's 250 employees.

- Ensure the proper functioning of all information technologies (hardware, software, services)
- Receive requests, support users on level 1 and level 2 (networks, servers and office automation)
- Maintain the correct configuration of IT support automation mechanisms
- Work in a Windows 11, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory and Exchange environment
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Technician
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking technologies (IP/DHCP/DNS)
- Good knowledge of Windows 10-11, Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting (Strong asset)
- Knowledge of telephone systems (VOIP), Intune and Autopilot platforms (Strong asset)
- Strong collaborative spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Natural ease with curiosity and organization
- DEC or AEC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
