RAPPORTE À : Directeur des opérations

RÉSUMÉ : Gestion de toutes les activités d'ESHA avec soutien à la gestion des systèmes qualité au sein de plusieurs sites d'une région en soutien aux ventes et aux opérations sur le terrain. S'assure que toutes les activités d'ESHA sont conformes à la législation, à Dorf Ketal et aux exigences des clients.

DEVOIRS ET RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Agir à titre de consultant en matière de sécurité, de santé et d'environnement pour les domaines de responsabilité
- Surveiller les réglementations fédérales, étatiques et locales pour connaître les changements, l'applicabilité et l'impact
- Diriger et fournir un soutien aux zones du site dans l'évaluation de l'ESHA et d'autres risques commerciaux
- Mettre en œuvre des mesures pour atteindre/maintenir la conformité aux normes de l'entreprise, de la division et de l'entreprise. et les objectifs ESHA
- Coordonner les pratiques de gestion de l'environnement et des déchets conformément aux exigences légales et de Dorf Ketal
- Identifier, développer et gérer les initiatives stratégiques ESHA pour OMS N. America sur demande.
- Organise, développe, met en œuvre et participe aux processus de gestion des urgences des sites
- Gestion PSM et mise en œuvre des systèmes et directives de gestion mondiaux et régionaux de Dorf Ketal
- Gérer les dépenses ESHA pour les domaines de responsabilité
- Surveille et facilite le suivi des audits QESH, des audits du système de gestion et des inspections d'assurance
- Signaler les informations statistiques à l'entreprise ESHA comme demandé.
- Coordonner et effectuer la formation ESHA et système de gestion pour le personnel de Dorf Ketal
- Soutenir la préparation et la collecte des chiffres clés, gérer les actions du portefeuille de risques et les mises à jour de l'état
- Valider et répondre aux exigences des clients, aux appels d'offres et prendre en charge les audits clients
- Coordonner les réponses aux actions des autorités, de Dorf Ketal et des clients
- Répondre et diriger les urgences régionales et les enquêtes sur les incidents
- Vérifiez que les exigences de formation EHSA sont respectées. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation selon les besoins.
- Diriger et gérer les subordonnés directs, le cas échéant.
- Obtenez l'adhésion de la direction aux initiatives ESHA.
- Coordonner l'élaboration d'objectifs et de cibles mesurables et suivre jusqu'à l'achèvement (KPI)
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue du programme ESHA dans la région
- Tous les programmes ESHA, c'est-à-dire les systèmes de gestion ; Environnemental ; Sécurité; Sécurité; Santé; POINT
- Coordonner les exigences de sécurité du site et du DOT
- Soutenir et aider à la mise en œuvre et au maintien de systèmes de gestion certifiés attribués à DK tels que ISO 9001. Identifier les besoins de formation du personnel. Promouvoir la sensibilisation aux risques et aux opportunités associés à leur travail. Maintenir une compréhension de la politique qualité et de la manière dont ils contribuent personnellement à atteindre les objectifs et les buts de DK
- Soutenir et aider à la mise en œuvre et au maintien du programme RCMS. Identifier les besoins de formation du personnel. Promouvoir la sensibilisation aux principes directeurs du RCMS et à la politique, aux objectifs et aux buts HSSE de Dorf Ketal, ainsi qu'à la manière dont ils peuvent y contribuer.

RESPONSABILITÉS DE SUPERVISION:

- Ce poste peut avoir des subordonnés directs, ainsi que des subordonnés qui relèvent d'un subordonné direct.
- S'assurer que le personnel du département est correctement formé aux tâches et fonctions requises.
- Fournir régulièrement des commentaires et un encadrement au personnel du département, y compris des mesures disciplinaires.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Éducation:

- Baccalauréat dans des domaines liés à l'ESHA, à la chimie ou à l'ingénierie.
- Expérience/Compétences:

- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience HSSE pertinente dans la planification et l'exécution d'activités liées à l'ESHA
- 3+ ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pétrolière ou chimique
- Certifications de sécurité ou environnementales préférées.
