Description:
As a Program Evaluation Facilitator, you will provide leadership in the planning, implementation, evaluation and direction of patient care initiatives and staff team enhancement activities.
You will participate in the development of effective clinical processes in terms of policy, procedure, clinical practice standards and strategies to improve all aspects of clinical practice and patient care.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of bachelor's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills with demonstrated recent use and/or training in Microsoft Office (word & excel) and Outlook. Proficient typing skills with 40-50 WPM+. Excellent communication skills - written and oral. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook. Experience working with Meditech, Netcare, RedCap and Connect Care.
