- Relevant de la Directrice, mise en marché, marque et performance, Chef-fe d'équipe aura comme principale responsabilité de planifier et mettre en œuvre les grandes campagnes publicitaires et les initiatives marketing en vue d'atteindre les objectifs d'affaires et les objectifs marketing.- Superviser et motiver une équipe composée de 3 conseiller-ères en gestion de la marque, la conseillère en intégration des partenariats et le spécialiste performance;-
- Évaluer régulièrement les performances individuelles des membres de l'équipe et fournir des feedbacks constructifs pour favoriser leur développement professionnel;-
- Assurer un support dans la mise en place des relations avec les équipes d'exploitation afin d'assurer une collaboration optimale;-
- En collaboration avec la Directrice, participer au développement des stratégies de mise en marché des marques composant l'écosystème EspaceProprio;-
- Prendre en charge la planification annuelle et la gestion courante des différentes initiatives marketing visant à augmenter la notoriété et la considération pour nos services;-
- Définir, développer et mettre en place des rapports de performance des initiatives et post-mortem de campagne visant à alimenter les réflexions stratégiques au sein de la VP marketing;-
- Supporter le spécialiste en performance dans l'analyse de la performance des marques (notoriété, considération, engagement et conversion) et être force de proposition dans l'identification d'opportunités d'amélioration;-
- Assurer une cohérence et un arrimage en continu avec la stratégie de contenu multi-canal (campagnes numériques, contenu éditorial, marketing relationnel, médias sociaux, communications internes, relations publiques, évènementiel);-
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de marketing de croissance afin de maximiser l'efficacité des campagnes numériques;-
- Participer à la planification budgétaire annuelle et la gestion des dépenses afin d'assurer un ROI optimal;-
- Suivre les tendances du marché et de l'industrie pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et d'innovation.Ce qu'il te faut pour être Chef-fe d'équipe, mise en marché, marque et performance chez nous?- Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou autre domaine pertinent ;-
- Posséder un minimum de 8 à 10 années d'expérience dans le domaine du marketing, dont un minimum de 5 ans dans un environnement multi-marque;-
- Détenir une bonne connaissance du milieu de la publicité autant traditionnelle que numérique;-
- Avoir géré une équipe et mis en place une stratégie de contenu gagnante pour une marque importante ;-
- Connaissance approfondie des réseaux sociaux et de leurs bonnes pratiques;-
- Posséder d'excellentes habiletés de gestion de projets et de gestion de ressources humaines ;-
- Avoir de fortes habilités interpersonnelles et des aptitudes de coaching;-
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale ;-
- Intérêt soutenu envers les nouvelles tendances et technologies reliées aux médias traditionnels et numériques;-
- Exceller à analyser et à synthétiser des données quantitatives;-
