Job Description

OED is the central team that supports all Business Unit Design and Development teams, and other organizations like Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Foundry Operations, and Test. OED provides a platform for managing all process technology and PDK development for Internal and External Foundry processes. The highly qualified team (mostly MS/PhD) brings strength in developing Test Technology, Foundry Operations, and Yield management. Their top-notch contributions lead to aggressive NPI strategies and continuous cost and gross margin improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to improving the OED team by facilitating process documentation, performing process audits, assisting with OED SharePoint pages, and leading internal training development and delivery.
Projects:
  • For assigned projects, document and manage them within OED. Effectively communicate with leadership, team, and stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and escalate early if necessary.
Process Documentation:
  • Assist various OED departments in defining their processes using approved templates, including procedures, forms, flowcharts, and records identification and retention.
Training:
  • Lead OED in creating process-specific presentations, BTMs/TLEs, training materials, and videos, ensuring proper storage.
Audits:
  • Perform assigned process audits, report the results, and track corrective actions using approved methods and systems.
Management Review:
  • If requested, lead the Management Review effort within OED, including Director training, scheduling, defining agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on actions.
KPIs:
  • Monitor key performance indicators as part of Management Review.
Environment:
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continual improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and driving continual improvement across departments and projects.
  • Collaborative work across departments to influence and drive quality outcomes.
  • Ability to engage with department heads and delegates.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities and maintain required skills and competence.
  • Alignment with manager's goals and initiatives to meet agreed-upon MBOs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years' experience in the semiconductor industry.
