**The Opportunity**:
**You are great at**:

- Assisting in the definition, updating, and tracking of key operational performance indicators
- Compiling regular and ad hoc reports of key operational metrics
- Compiling data from various sources and systems in order to create effective reports to help management optimize business resources
- Communicating cross-functionally with different business lines to ensure departmental goals and objectives are clearly disseminated, understood, managed, and tracked
- Solving complex reporting problems, not limited to combining various data sources, automating results, and potential access controls
- Catching the details and producing accurate metrics
- Assisting in the compilation and delivery of information that Operational leaders will use to run the business

**What it takes**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience specializing in Business Administration, Financial Analysis, Accounting or other business-related technical field
- 2+ years overall experience in business analysis, financial analysis, and/or metrics and reporting
- ** Expert Knowledge of SQL**:

- Thorough experience using database management, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings. Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques is a plus

- Résoudre des problèmes de création de rapports complexes, sans se limiter à la combinaison de diverses sources de données, à l'automatisation des résultats et aux contrôles d'accès potentiels
- Attraper les détails et produire des mesures précises
- Aider à la compilation et à la livraison de l'information que les dirigeants opérationnels utiliseront pour gérer l'entreprise

**Ce qu'il faut**:

- Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente spécialisée en administration des affaires, en analyse financière, en comptabilité ou dans un autre domaine technique lié aux affaires
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience globale dans l'analyse d'affaires, l'analyse financière et / ou les mesures et les rapports
- ** Connaissance experte de SQL**:

- Expérience approfondie de l'utilisation de bases de données, solide connaissance pratique de Microsoft Excel
- Expérience avec Power BI un atout
- Solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité de recueillir, d'organiser, d'analyser et de diffuser des quantités importantes d'informations avec une attention aux détails et à l'exactitude
- Adepte des requêtes, de la rédaction de rapports et de la présentation des résultats. Solides compétences organisationnelles.
