Job Information:

The Help Desk level 3 / Junior Administrator level **1 will provide a combination of helpdesk / Administrator for end users.

This role will be suitable for someone who is interested in learning new technologies and is looking to grow their technical skill set.

Emphasis will be primarily in, top notch customer service, with a wide range of technical skills to ensure the end user has the best experience possible.

Although elevation of support to next level is available it is highly encouraged for our helpdesk to expand their knowledge to the next level.

Because support will be for a wide range of users, you will be interacting with all levels of staff from support roles to VP / President level.


What you'll do

  • End user support (OS Windows 11, Office 2019)
  • Assist in backend support of various technologies, CISCO switches, WAN optimizers (SilverPeak), VMWare, Checkpoint firewalls, HP Synergy, Office 365, Meraki Wireless, SQL, VMwar and more.
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
  • Set up employee accounts and workstations support to all staff across Canada but continue that support beyond the user's basic needs.

Who you are

  • Previous experience in working with a team, supporting a wide range of technologies in a mid
- sized company with a larger user base (we support approximately 450 users)

  • Post secondary school or equivalent courses in technology or equivalent experience
