Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating an exceptional in-product customer journey.
- Developing and prioritizing product roadmaps and features.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success for successful product launches.
- Elevating User Experience and Quality Assurance standards.
- Offering essential resources to the Engineering team for platform development.
- Continuously identifying and addressing customer requirements.
Primary Duties:
- Collaborating closely with the UX and Design squad to outline new features.
- Demonstrating a profound comprehension of UX design principles and providing constructive feedback.
- Coordinating with Marketing and Customer Success on messaging strategies.
- Engaging with Support to address customer feedback regarding in-product experiences.
- Managing the feature backlog and ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Planning and overseeing product sprints in alignment with various teams.
- Working in tandem with the development manager to enhance team productivity.
- Leading product testing procedures before each release.
- Overseeing product and engineering team metrics and reports.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of product management background in a B2B SaaS firm or tech organization.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with DevOps and release management practices.
- Outstanding collaboration and communication aptitude.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Thriving in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication prowess.
- Ability to establish rapport with colleagues and clients while upholding our core values consistently.
