Senior Product Manager

At Red Thread Innovations, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our design thinking and Agile-based product team. As a key member of our product organization, you'll be responsible for working closely with customers and stakeholders to define a product vision and strategy, build out a prioritized roadmap, and drive hands-on execution with the development team.

About the Role
  • Own a portfolio of multiple internal and external products and take ownership of their success and quality
  • Manage large client relationships and confidently navigate their complex ecosystems
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, monitoring and analyzing performance data to inform product strategy
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software or technology products
  • Outstanding business acumen, and the ability to speak the 'language of the business'
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and market insights into actionable product strategies
  • A deep understanding of product data, both KPIs and metrics, and the ability to clearly articulate meaning to senior leaders
