**Responsabilités**:

- Assurer la réception et la compréhension des appels afin de fournir le diagnostic préliminaire de l'incident signalé;
- Résoudre les problèmes techniques de premier niveau;
- Transmettre les appels et les demandes au support de deuxième niveau et / ou au service approprié au besoin;
- S'assurer que les appels et les demandes sont suivis jusqu'à leur résolution.
- De plus, assurez-vous que le suivi et la clôture de l'incident sont notifiés à l'utilisateur/client.

**Qualifications**
- Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales en technologie de l'information ou d'un AEC;
- Une bonne communication en anglais et en Français a l'oral et a l'écrit;
- Avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- La connaissance d'un logiciel d'incident ou de demande de service est requise
- Capacité d'écouter et de saisir des données simultanément;
- Faire preuve de ponctualité et d'assiduité
- Disponibilité pour un horaire de travail variable;
- Êtres disponible pour travailler les jours fériés au besoin.
