Sanctuary, a world leader in building AI-based control systems for humanoid robots, is looking to hire a Program Manager, Robot Fleet Deployment to oversee the deployment of advanced humanoid robotic systems at customer sites.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role will manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that our innovative solutions meet both our high standards and customer expectations. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management acumen and a passion for robotics.

Our Success Criteria
  • Plan and lead the deployment of robotic systems at various customer locations, managing all aspects of the project.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.
  • Achieve a reduction in deployment cycle times through efficient planning and execution, aiming for continual improvement in process speed without compromising quality.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction measured through post-deployment surveys, ensuring that customer relationships are strengthened and potential for repeat business is increased.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for successful deployment projects, such as customer satisfaction scores, budget adherence, deployment cycle times, and system uptime.
  • Include a structured mechanism for gathering customer and internal feedback to refine deployment strategies and provide insights for the engineering/product teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand and communicate technical requirements and potential challenges in the deployment of robotic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support to align project objectives and company goals.
  • Oversee the training of customer personnel on the use of new systems and provide the necessary documentation for future reference.
  • Monitor and report on the status of deployments, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage deployment budgets effectively, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints while achieving all project deliverables.
  • Adhere to all applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements during each deployment, ensuring full compliance and documentation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback and lessons learned from each deployment.

Your Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical engineering, computer science, or engineering physics; a related technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Project management experience, ideally within the field of robotics or technology deployment.
  • Proven ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Deep understanding of robotics and system integration in commercial or industrial settings.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites.
  • Work authorization for Canada and the United States.
  • Formal project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodology
  • Regulatory Compliance Expertise specific to robotics, safety.
