As our Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will be a guiding force, leading training sessions that will transform athletes and adults.

You'll create an atmosphere brimming with motivation, resilience, and relentless pursuit of greatness.

  • Your role is more than just coaching; it's about using teamwork and collaboration to ensure every athlete and adult leaves their training session feeling better than when they walked in.
  • With your deep knowledge in athletic training, you will skillfully cue and coach athletes, ensuring their movements are performed safely and effectively.
  • Utilize your expertise as you develop recurring programs, team programs, and individualbased programs. Through your programs, you will help members achieve tangible results, measured on a recurring basis, guiding them towards their own level of greatness.
  • As a member of our team, you will actively contribute to the growth and success of Athlete Farm Niagara by promoting athlete & adult memberships, team training sessions, and personal training. Your results here will be compensated based on our recurring coach's commission program.
  • Your enthusiasm and passion will fuel innovation as you consistently bring forth ideas to make Athlete Farm Niagara better every single day. You are a catalyst for change, a driving force that fuels progress and raises the bar.

At AFN, we train athletes aged 9+, including athletes at professional and collegiate levels such as NHL, ECHL, Team Canada, NCAA, and CIS.

We train athletes from a wide range of sports, including hockey, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, rugby, dance, tennis, volleyball, rowing and swimming.

We also have a thriving adult training program filled with adults who are committed to their health and getting stronger.
