Full-Time Retail Sales/Support Staff Opportunity.
St. John's Music opened its first store in 1923 and has since added multiple locations across Canada. We are a music retail chain specializing in providing services and support for music educators and customers alike.

An opportunity to join our team is now available, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting the growth of music and education.

The position will involve supporting customers and staff in store, along with bringing energy to the team. A strong work ethic, enthusiasm to learn and attention to detail will be required.

The position will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in all facets
  • Sales and support for other team members
  • Creative problem solving
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge
  • Independence and team contributions
  • Cleaning and maintaining store front
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Be available to work Tuesday Saturday 10am to 6pm
  • Experience in teaching
  • Experience in sales
  • Music performance or appreciation
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be proactive
