Use Case Specialist **to join its team.


About the Position


As a Use Case Specialist, you will be responsible for creating use case templates while working with the amazing Account Management, Content and Marketing team.

You will also be able to use your programming knowledge to solve bugs and implement new features in the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and document interactive flow chart templates.
  • Create flow charts with a description, purpose and technical implementation of details.
  • Publish templates to launch into the customer's account (and any future customers).
  • Pass documentation to content team to market and publish use cases.
  • Train the Account Manager on what is implemented.
  • Use Case is 'Done' for Key Performance Indicator (KPI)once documentation is handed to the Content and the Account Management team.
  • Launch new use case templates with the assistance of the development team.
  • Find bugs and develop new features.
  • Answer technical questions on behalf of the Account Management team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be an asset.
  • Proven writing and research experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Capacity to work on multiple writing projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to tailor your writing style to suit the target audience.
