**Description: **You will be responsible for ensuring travel planning for site employees. This includes administrative tasks and communications related to information transfers between parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing flight and hotel requests (new requests, modifications, cancellations) and transmitting information and instructions to employees before their departure;
  • Informing employees of any changes to flight schedules and rotations;
  • Keeping a log of travelers updated with the most recent information;
  • Any other related task requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Ability to communicate in French and English, both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Analytical and judgment skills;
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good priority management, organizational skills, methodical, and structured mindset.
