**Responsabilités**:

- Diriger le cycle de recrutement et le processus d'affichage des postes en veillant à ce qu'une description de poste mise à jour soit rédigée en français et en anglais
- Gérer le compte LinkedIn du recruteur et tout autre outil de recrutement
- Coordonner et gérer les publications sur le site Carrières de l'entreprise
- Traiter toutes les vérifications d'antécédents préalables à l'emploi au besoin
- Préparer les lettres d'offre d'emploi et les contrats d'emploi
- Suivi de l'achèvement des revues de probation de 3 mois
- Aider au processus d'obtention de permis de travail et de visas pour les travailleurs étrangers temporaires ainsi que les transferts intra-entreprises au Canada
- S'assurer que les processus d'intégration et de départ sont suivis conformément à l'organigramme des processus RH

**Qualifications**:

- +3 ans d'expérience en recrutement dans le secteur des technologies de l'information
- Maîtrise du français, de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ; compétences en correspondance commerciale en français et en anglais
- Familiarité avec les initiatives de recrutement sur les réseaux sociaux et de marque employeur ainsi que des compétences en réseautage
- Passionné de trouver les meilleurs talents; véritable mentalité de « chasseur », fonceur, flexible et adaptable
- Compétences intermédiaires à avancées dans la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Capacité à générer des rapports et à développer et/ou suivre des métriques sur une base régulière
- Capacité démontrée à faire preuve de discrétion et à traiter des informations sensibles ou confidentielles avec le plus haut degré d'intégrité et de confidentialité
- Compétences démontrées pour travailler efficacement sous pression et dans des délais serrés

**Trissential **is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and expanding team in Montreal, QC.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the recruitment cycle, job posting process by ensuring an updated job description is drafted in both French and English
- Manage Recruiter LinkedIn account and any other Recruitment tool
- Coordinate and manage postings on Company Careers Site
- Process all pre-employment background checks as required
- Prepare Employment Offer Letters and Employment Agreements
- Track and follow up with completion of 3 Month Probationary Reviews
- Assist with the process of obtaining work permits and visas for Temporary Foreign Workers as well as intra-company transfers to Canada
- Ensure that onboarding and offboarding processes are followed as per HR Process flowchart

**Qualifications**:

- **
+3 years of recruiting experience in the information technology sector**:

- ** Fluency in both French, English, both oral and written; business correspondence skills in French & English**:

- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives as well as networking skills
- Passionate about finding top talent; true 'hunter' mentality, go-getter, flexible and adaptable
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Ability to generate reports and to develop and/or track metrics on a regular basis
- Demonstrated skills to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
