Job Purpose:
As a Senior Management Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to grasp client requirements and offer strategic advice on various aspects of their business, such as organizational strategy, processes, finances, business transformation, and digital/innovation capabilities.
- Develop executive-level presentations conveying technical, operational, and financial information clearly and concisely.
- Engage with leaders throughout the organization to tackle challenging and intricate issues.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support programs and initiatives aimed at achieving strategic goals and compliance requirements.
- Deliver client-focused, value-added management consulting services for a range of diverse programs and projects.
Shape and define consulting projects in collaboration with the leadership team and other stakeholders by creating detailed strategic plans and consulting assignments, including planning materials, work plans, reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
- Create detailed plans and propose policies/procedures to enhance operational and technological delivery.
- Offer innovative solutions for analyzing complex issues by identifying approaches, concepts, and methods.
- Conduct research, analysis, and present conclusions to clients/stakeholders for strategic discussions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in End-User strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace and related End-User technologies and processes.
- Experience deploying Microsoft modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365 services, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Teams, and Azure.
- Familiarity with data security practices, cybersecurity, and cloud applications.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate for Business Intelligence.
- Financial modeling skills are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft End-User management consulting, strategic planning, or business analysis in various sectors.
