We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales to lead our enterprise sales efforts.

This role is integral to the senior leadership team and will focus on driving sales growth within financial institutions, with a preference for expertise in RESL (Real Estate Secured Lending) or Retail lending.

This high-impact sales position is instrumental in achieving our revenue goals.

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy targeting financial institutions to drive revenue growth.

Market Penetration:
Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities within the RESL and Retail lending sectors, expanding 's market presence.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure sales strategies align with overall company objectives and mission.

Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

Product Feedback:
Gather and utilize customer feedback to inform and refine sales tactics, ensuring that product offerings meet market demands.

Sales Forecasting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team, enabling informed strategic decision-making.

Sales Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional
Collaboration:
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and integrated efforts toward achieving sales goals.

Contract Negotiation:
Lead complex contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.

Sales Tools Management:
Utilize and manage sales tools and technologies to streamline the sales process and enhance productivity.

Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience within financial institutions, with a strong preference for expertise in RESL or Retail lending.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with the latest technology trends in fintech, particularly in AI and Web 3.Actual pay will depend on various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and education/training.
