ABOUT THE TEAM


As part of the greater Talent Acquisition function, the Campus and Internship Experience team is responsible for both attracting and recruiting early-career talent, as well as HRBP support to the interns.

The team is transversal in scope, supporting all groups within the organization, and works in collaboration with various internal stakeholders to develop and deliver the internship experience across our global offices.


ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Coordinator, Campus and Internship Experience, you'll:

  • Support on the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including drafting/updating job descriptions, internal processes, CV screening and interviews
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of student events, both on-campus and in-office, including liaising with universities and associations, and creating of presentations, templates, and all other material
  • Assist with the day-to-day execution of the internship program, including coordinating training and development offerings, and supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes with internal stakeholders
  • Support with the daily HR inquiries from students, interns, and managers
  • Assist on the tracking and delivery of KPIs, metrics, and all other reporting required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED- University degree in human resource management, industrial relations, or a related field- Zero (0) to two (2) years of relevant experience within a human resources department, with preference for past experience (including internships) in a talent acquisition support role- Strong organizational skills, with a positive and proactive attitude- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook)- Experience in the field of finance or investments is an asset- Bilingualism: English and French
- _(Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)_
